Royal Mail sent the parcel to two different sorting offices before it was sent to the one closest to my address. It took 9 days before receipt.
I contacted the store via email asking about the expected life of the tree before planting, the response was very quick - thank you Ed!
Fortunately the tree is dormant and looks in good condition.
