The Leylandii is a fast growing evergreen tree. It is very often used for hedging and screening. Growing at a rate of 60-90cm per year, the Leylandii can be kept as a neat hedge providing it is regularly clipped in summer and autumn. For a single row hedge we would recommend 3 plants per metre and 5 plants per metre for a double staggered row. Current tree height available is shown above and they can be planted out all year round.
