Delivery Information

Our trees, plants and gifts are sent by both Royal Mail First Class Post and via a courier network depending upon the quantity of plants ordered. During the order process you can select your preferred delivery date. This is not a guaranteed date of delivery. Our Tree Gifts can be posted on the day of purchase if ordered before 11.30am. The larger, non-gift items usually have a 5 working day lead time before the first delivery date. We usually despatch larger quantities (approximately 15+ plants) on Mondays and Wednesdays with a courier working on a next day delivery basis. Bare this in mind if you have deadlines. Less than 15 plants are usually posted out 1-2 days in advance of your chosen preferred delivery date.

Please remember these are living products so you need to arrange delivery to an address where someone will be in to receive them either from the courier or Royal Mail. If you are not available at the delivery time, Royal Mail will either leave the item in a pre-arranged 'safe' place where your parcels are usually kept or the parcel will be returned to the local Sorting Office and a card will be left asking you to collect or arrange an alternative delivery time.

We do not recommend posting items to schools or offices during holiday periods.

Remember to double check all delivery details are correct before processing your order as we can not re-send items that have not been received if the address details were incorrect.

Delivery Charges

We have a flat delivery charge of £3.95 per order, no matter what the quantity, unless you have ordered a Tree Gift, which is £4.95.

Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland: We don't charge any extra unless you order 15+ plants of any 1 species. If you order 15+ of any 1 species, there is a delivery sur-charge of £7.50 per order on top of the £3.95/£4.95.

If you order less than 15 of any particular plants but your shopping basket has more than 15 plants in it e.g. 4 x Cherry, 4 x Crab Apple, 4 x Hazel, 4 x Silver Birch + 4 x Scots Pine, you still don't get charged the sur-charge. It's a flat £3.95 fee.

Channel Islands: We don't charge any extra for the Channel Islands unless you order 15+ plants of any 1 species. If you order 15+ of any 1 species, there is a delivery sur-charge of £30.00 per order on top of the £3.95/£4.95.

Unfortuantely due to previous bad experience we do not deliver to Ireland and Europe. If you would like to take trees to Europe, we suggest you order them to a UK address and collect them from there or ask a friend to post them on.
